14-day refund policy on all items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund (or a replacement if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item).

Because of the nature of the products returns cannot be accepted.

I will evaluate the issue and message you within 24hrs with the best solution for you (refund or replacement).
