Refund policy


RETURNS / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS:
 Because of the nature of the products we offer we do not accept returns.

However, if you receive a damaged item or you just absolutely hate it :(  please contact us customercare@comfortcrafts.com and include as much information as possible including photos if necessary. We will evaluate the issue and message you within 24hrs with the best solution for you (refund or replacement).

We have a 14-day refund policy on all items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund (or a replacement if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used during the original purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
